We are a petite-focused fashion store，offering mostly ready stock pieces that are specially designed for petite girls.

Every piece comes with a custom-made XS size, created to flatter girls between 148cm – 158cm. No more oversized sleeves, baggy waistlines, or pants that drag on the floor

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Dear customers, to protect the rights of both parties, please read the following terms carefully before placing your order：

❌ Refund & Exchange Policy 


1. We do not accept returns or refunds due to wrong size selection, as all measurements are clearly stated on our website. Please double-check the sizing carefully before making payment.

2. A 1–3cm difference in measurements is considered normal due to manual measuring. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for this reason.

3. Items purchased with discounts or promo codes are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. We do not accept returns based on personal preferences such as:
– Don’t like the item
– Doesn’t fit or suit you
– Doesn’t look good
– Minor stains that can be cleaned

5. Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, sunlight, or device screen brightness.We do not accept returns or refunds based on color variation.


✅ Return, Refund, and Exchange are only accepted when:


1. The item received has clear or obvious defects.

2. The item sent is wrong (wrong design, size, or color)

3. All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)

4. Items must be shipped back to us within 5 working days upon item received, no returns accepted after this period.
